Your continued use of the Service after amendments are posted constitutes an Acknowledgement and Acceptance of the Agreement and its modifications. Except as provided in this paragraph, this Agreement may not be amended.

To use the Service, you must create an account approved by us and log in. If you access the Service through a third-party account approved by us, you must guarantee the reliability, authenticity and availability of that account. If you are unable to log into Short Flow due to a third-party account issue (such as account suspension), please contact the company that holds the account. Your account number will be our only reference for verifying your identity.

You should use your mobile phone number to bind your account (one mobile phone number can only register one account). Please register your account using a mobile phone number that is not associated with your Short Flow account and has not been suspended by us. The method of account registration and binding may change according to user or product needs, and you agree to abide by such changes that comply with local laws and regulations. You agree that we may use the mobile phone number you provide and/or the mobile phone number and mobile device identification code we automatically extract when you register.

Since Short Flow is a mobile entertainment product, you can decide whether to authorize us to disclose and use your location information when registering. If you grant us such permission, we will provide you with more personalized services based on your location. If you do not grant us such permission, you can still use the basic functions and services we provide, but related services based on location information may be affected.

When you register, log in or use Short Flow, we need to collect your personal information that can identify you so that we can contact you when necessary or provide you with a better user experience. You agree to provide true, detailed and accurate personal data ("Personal Data") with your consent. Personal data may include, but is not limited to, username, gender, age, date of birth, ID, address, occupation and industry, height, weight, income, interests, personal data and other information you register/update. If the personal information you provide is inaccurate, false or contains illegal/objectionable information, we may reject your registration application and terminate your use of the Services.

You agree not to:

• (1) Use any false information to register your own Short Flow account;
• (2) Register your own Short Flow account in another person’s name without relevant permission;
• (3) Over-register your Short Flow account;
• (4) Register and maintain multiple Short Flow accounts at the same time.

If you use false information to register an account, or your account picture, personal data and other information contain illegal/harmful content, we have the right to take measures such as notifying you to correct or suspend the use of your account within a specified period; we have the right to cancel Accounts registered in the name of others or with malicious intent and reported to government authorities.

User Conduct:

You may not use the app to：

Post or transmit any information, data, text, images, files, links, software, chat, communication or ather content that Is, or which considers in its sole discretion to be unlawful, harmful threatening, abusive, harassing. defamatory, vulgar, offensive, obscene, pornographic,hateful or threatening to any group defined by race, religion, gender, national origin or sexual orientation, or otherwise objectionable, including without limitation blatant expressions of bigotry, prejudice, racism, hatred or excessive profanity or post any obscene, lewd, lascivious, excessively violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable content.
• 2. Sell promote any products or services.
• 3. Introduce viruses, worms Trojan horses and/or harmful code on the Internet.
• 4. Display material that exploits children under 18 years of age.
• 5. Post any material or otherwise infringe in any way or violate any copyright, patent, trademark, service mark, trade name, trade secret or other intellectual property right of any third party.
• 6. Promote, solicit or participate in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.
• 7. Harass, embarrass or cause distress or discomfort upon another participant, user or other individual or entity.
• 8. Impersonate another person, including but not limited to a customer supplier, ReelRecocket, or any persons associated with Short Flow.
• 9. Publish or disclose any personally identifying information or private information about children or any third parties without their consent (or their parent's consent in case of a child under 18 years of age).
• 10. Publish or transmit any unsolicited advertising. promotional materials, or any other forms of solicitation.
• 11. Intentionally or unintentionally violate any applicable local, state, national or foreign law, including but not limited to any regulations having the force of law while using or accessing the Site or in connection with your use of the Service, in any manner.
• 12. Invade the privacy or violate any personal or proprietary right (including intellectual property rights) of any person or entity.

You shall not:

• (a) modify, adapt or create derivative works based on the App. or the Site's content.
• (b) "frame" or "mirror any content or create Internet "links to or from the site, or disassemble, reverse engineer, or decompile the Service provided via this Site or its content, or access the Site or its content in order to build a competitive product or service, build a product or service using similar ideas, features, functions or graphics, or copy any ideas, features, functions or graphics. Any special rules for the use of certain content accessible Through Services available through this Site may be included elsewhere within the site and are incorporated into these Terms of Use by reference.

Usage Limitations:

Our App and service can be used only by individuals older than 18 years old. We do not provide any data to the individuals under 18 as well as collect any data from them. You can provide us with the evidences that a person under 18 uses our app or site, and we will immediately delete certain account from our system and all personal data received from the user.

The Service and all content displayed on Short Flow (including but not limited to trademarks, logos, marks, applications, source code, programming interfaces, web pages, text, images, audio, video, graphics, and when you use the Service on our Platform) Ownership and intellectual property rights (including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, and patents) belong to Short Flow or other rights holders. Unless otherwise agreed, you agree not to use, modify, copy, distribute, change, transmit, or publish the above content without our written consent, otherwise you are responsible for indemnifying us or other rights holders for all losses caused by it.

You acknowledge that you may come into contact with unpleasant content while using the service. You agree to judge the content for yourself, and we will not be liable for any damages you suffer as a result of your reliance on such content. You agree to negotiate and resolve any disputes and/or losses between you and other users or between you and other rights holders that arise or may arise from the use of the relevant content or works, and you will not be liable for such disputes or losses in any event.
